Federal Financial Report FFR: The Federal Financial Report (SF425) is a single form consolidating the collection of financial information previously collected on the Federal Cash Transaction Report (SF 272) and the Financial Status Report (SF 269). NIH grantees now required to submit all required expendituree reports using the FFR. Further all FFR expenditure reports must be submitted to NIH electronically through the eRA Commons.
